Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

All orders are processed through Aidance Skincare. Retail customers may request a full refund from Aidance within 30-days of their shipping date. If you wish to return your product for any reason, click Reply on your original order confirmation email and request a Return Authorization. Include a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction. Aidance will then contact you regarding your request. Once a Return Authorization has been approved, a refund credit (less S&H expenses) will promptly be issued after they receive the product(s) you purchased.

Note: For larger orders of 3 or more tubes, only 2 tubes can be used or opened, the remaining must be unused and intact to receive the refund.
